Factor Bikes, renowned for its technologically superior, high-end carbon fiber bicycles, was competing on the world stage against industry giants.
Challenged in its ability to rapidly scale its growth, it needed systems and operational expertise to meet demand for its products, increase sales, and attract outside investment.

THE SOLUTION

Lucidity took an active role in managing the global Factor enterprise, functioning as its center of operations, revamping its accounting and inventory systems, fine-tuning production, and preparing it for outside investment. Under Lucidity’s 18-month stewardship, Factor’s global sales grew quickly and surpassed $9MM. Lucidity established a North American distribution network of over 50 dealers and procured a Letter of Intent for $5MM in outside investment.
