THE CHALLENGE

Jennifer Bogan, a Harvard MBA and the former VP of Marketing for retail juggernaut Sephora, had a vision to create a direct-to-consumer electric bicycle brand that appealed to women and mothers – not the typical target demographic for e-bikes in North America. She needed Lucidity’s bicycle industry expertise to supplement her skills as she launched her company.

THE SOLUTION

As Bluejay’s close advisor and facilitator, Lucidity guided the company through the startup process – overseeing sourcing, development, customer service, Zendesk implementation, warehousing, business planning, and knowledge base development. Lucidity continues to serve as Bluejay’s virtual back office, which allows its founder and CEO to focus on selling and marketing while we take care of the rest.
