THE CHALLENGE

Chinese-owned Leonis, the second largest exporter of bicycles in China, faced challenges as it tried to enter the U.S. market. While it had successfully entered two other markets previously, it could not find traction in the more difficult North American market.

THE SOLUTION

Using its extensive expertise in both the North American and Asian bicycle markets, Lucidity crafted a business plan for Leonis to take a new approach that would help it enter the U.S. market cost effectively and conservativel. This plan, currently in the executional phase, includes omnichannel go-to-market strategies and allows Leonis the ease of utilizing a portion of Lucidity’s California-based office and warehouse space.
